Monday - Hamburger Steak, Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli with cheese
Tuesday - Chicken Hawaiian, Yellow Rice, Spring Mix Salad with fruit
Wednesday - Flatbread Veggie Pizzas
Thursday - Steak Fajitas
Friday - Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli
Saturday - Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
Sunday - We will hopefully be watching the Daytona 500 and eating concession food
Hamburger Steak - I use ground beef and grate onion into it and some diced peppers. I sprinkle with steak seasoning and some Worcestershire sauce. Then we fry them up and place them back into a pot with brown gravy mix and cream of mushroom. Let it simmer and viola - you are done!
Chicken Hawaiian - Season the chicken with brown sugar, soy sauce, orange juice and then place sliced pineapple on top and add the pineapple juice to the pan. Bake at 325 until the chicken is cooked through.
