Once again - we did a pretty good job sticking to the plan. I thought I was going to be eating leftover Fried Chicken for lunch today from Saturday's dinner with friends but there wasn't any leftover! I settled for leftover Pizza instead from Friday night.
I'm on a mission to put on weight so if it seems like I'm having more heavy meals - I am!
This week's plan is -
Monday - Pork Tenderloin (pre-seasoned from the store), Leftover Mashed Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts with butter and garlic
Tuesday - Orange Ginger Salmon (I just use ginger powder instead of the ginger root), Brown Rice, Salad
Wednesday - Slowcooked Beef and Roasted Veggies
Thursday - Lasagna (I cheated and bought a frozen!), Garlic Bread, Salad
Friday - Jerk Chicken, Yellow Rice, Spinach Salad with Fruit
Saturday - Chicken Tortilla Soup
Sunday - Garlic rubbed Pork Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli and cheese
Anyone have any suggestions for recipes that can help me on my weight gaining mission? Also any good southern recipes? I'm running out of ideas for the hubby's favorites!
