We only have one carry over from last week and that's Sunday's meal. We had Wendy's for dinner on Friday so I pushed everything around. I also used a different recipe then posted for the Chicken Tortilla Soup. Now on to this week -
Monday - Carryover of the Garlic Rubbed Pork Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli and Cheese
Tuesday - Potato Topped Beef Bowl - I'm using ground turkey instead of beef and leftover mashed potatoes from Monday instead of instant.
Wednesday - Hot Dogs, French Fries, Corn on the Cob
Thursday - Grilled Cheese, Tomato Soup
Friday - Waffles, Bacon, Eggs
Saturday - Niece's Birthday Party - Pizza or such..
Sunday - Leftovers or Hubby Cooks!
A relatively easy week for me cooking wise. I have managed to put some weight on so I am going to just continue eating more often and taking bigger helpings. I have 7lbs to go until I weigh as much as I am supposed to!
